Good to continue our decent record against the poorer sides in the league. Hopefully a win at Liverpool gets us past this flat track bullies phase we've entered. 1 more win and we can start focussing on the semi final and hopefully final.

Maybe Moyes should get some credit but it's taken him an awfully long time to realise that attacking with number can create pressure and lead to goals, unlike sitting back trying to soak up pressure and lumping balls forward...

There were lots of good performances but Soucek has not been mentioned yet. He seems to be back to his best now. Certainly looked more involved than he has been in recent weeks

Just seen Pablo’s post match interview, and he was asked about being so emotional. He admitted his lack of minutes has affected him.
Still thanked the “lads” for playing so well that he managed to get some game time. He’s such a team player!

Fantastic performance... proper 9/10 stuff from them all... think that's 1 defeat (the Bumpers) out of last 10... so yeah as much as I have called him a boring cunt then yeah I am gonna praise him.. Well done Moysie... oh and every game I see of the Paq' man he gets classier and classier... like Ian Bishop and Trevor Brooking had been cloned at Jurassic Football Park... took the 3/1 for midweek v the Dippers... looked great VFM

timing of this win and the turning of the corner performance wise could not have been better. We are well on the way to meeting objective number one - PL survival. By the time we play in the Europa Semi we should be safe and can concentrate on that without distractions. Unlike last year we wont have pressure on making top 6 so we can give it our best.
Could turn into a very good season by our standards.

Great result, watched it on a flakey stream, but even so it looked good. Nearly safe, but just as important playing with much more confidence. Paqueta and Rice really played well together. And Fornal's goal was special as was his tearful reaction.
